finndev478 Posted October 26, 2020 Posted October 26, 2020 I had a client ordering without asking and it was a illegal bot for an online game that dont want to program for anyone.The support said:"The order has already been canceled, it won’t affect you towards the automatic level demotion/promotion. Please look at your analytics to confirm this. "It didnt change anything in the analytics and they just closed the ticket immediately, not time for me to respond.……Does this effect my Level Up ? Because its my only cancellation and I may not get promoted only for this reason, even though it should not count.Would appreciate some insight!
