Mutual Cancellation still showing up in evaluation, even though its resolved by support

I had a client ordering without asking and it was a illegal bot for an online game that dont want to program for anyone.
The support said:
"The order has already been canceled, it won’t affect you towards the automatic level demotion/promotion. Please look at your analytics to confirm this. "
It didnt change anything in the analytics and they just closed the ticket immediately, not time for me to respond.

Does this effect my Level Up ? Because its my only cancellation and I may not get promoted only for this reason, even though it should not count.
Would appreciate some insight!
