Could not withdraw earnings through bank transfer

I applied for bank transfer about 3 months ago. But it still showing “YOUR APPLICATION IS BEING PROCESSED”. Is there anyone with same issue? Please help!

PayPal is safe just be aware that they could hold your payment until they verify the transaction, my longest wait was 25 days on and eBay sale.
