If fiverr will indeed prove that you broke rules then chances of you getting your account back are zero.

For all this years I heard about only one person getting his account back.

Support is currently owherwhelmed by tickets, so it can indeed take quite some time to get a response from them. But your issue seems to be more serious, so it shouldn’t as long as usually.

You can’t. You have to wait for CS to make their decision. And there’s no guarantee that your account will be restored (or that you’ll be allowed to create a new one).
