  1. Thanks for Neo. We've been roleplaying a game of thrones adventure and it's been fun!
  2. That was what I was thinking also, except 99% of my buyers are returning buyers and I can't imagine those leaving negative private reviews. I wonder why they won't tell us it if we've received a private negative review? Not directly of course, but show stats on which areas according to private reviews we should strive to improve in. It would help a seller improve their service. There's many ways to do it while keeping the buyers anonymous.
  3. I like that you can instantly gain levels as you meet the requirements, unlike the previous once a month chance. But what I don't get is the success score. I'm one of the most successful sellers on Fiverr, been here since 2012 and kept a strong 4.9 rating on my main gig since then, so 4/10 makes no sense. Lots of returning buyers, fast less than 1h response time and like one cancellation in 2 months. It just says everything is on the negative when taking a look at the success score. Do revisions and orders going overdue during revisions when working with unresponsive buyers affect it? Can't really think what else it could be. Or maybe the lack of new buyers? Lately I haven't had many of those, as my gig has been on the last page of results for 3 years. Just old returning buyers. Occasionally jumping to first page for a week if I have promoted gig going.
  4. That might be it. Instead of not adding anything to the delivery, re-deliver everything you already delivered while also lecturing them about the revision button's real purpose.
  5. Thanks! I did check that before though, and there's nothing there about revisions. Perhaps it's because I'm offering Packages and the gig is about digital marketing. Only thing the scope and pricing is allowing to change is the amount of traffic reached and regions. If I disable packages, no extra options appear. 🤔
  6. So true. You can just imagine yourself as the person who has to read your message, like take it as being a seller and receiving a message from a buyer. No matter the context, if the person seems polite and friendly, it should make you much happier to respond to it, and it's also easier to communicate with them from my experience. And in the case of CS, just imagine how many tickets they have to go through, and I would guess most of the messages to be not so polite.
  7. An order was 100% completed as ordered, and the buyer sent a revision request, but did not ask for any changes. Just commented on the service, which I thought he intended to be a review instead, or a regular message. So naturally I delivered the revision without changing anything, just replying to the comment. Then same happened again after a couple of days or so. Still a similar comment only on about how they feel about the order and nothing has been requested to change. So I delivered that as well without any changes, and felt like they were abusing the revision button. But that was not okay, and I got a warning for "empty deliveries". So now I have an another order that is similar, where a buyer sent a revision request but did not request any changes. It's just been sitting there for a few weeks, despite asking the buyer to let me know what I should deliver multiple times. The funny thing is that Fiverr always says they've been online like 2 hours ago. 😑 And when asking customer support for help, they are very cryptic and gives an answer that would render the first warning not possible to happen. That if I'm sure I've initially delivered everything, I could stick to the original delivery. Is there any way to turn revisions off these days? I remember it was possible to select the amount of revisions you offer at some point.
  8. Let's say the buyer is not active, and visits Fiverr rarely. Do you leave the order late and undelivered, waiting for revision information for an unknown amount of time (Possibly weeks or months)? While late orders can be cancelled by the buyer or maybe even the system automatically, I'm not sure if an order in revision is considered late, despite it saying LATE and being considered undelivered? Would be nice to hear people's opinions for if it happens to you one day. 🙂
  9. I joined Fiverr in 2012, when Fiverr was only 2 years old. It was instant success and my gigs sold more than pretty much any other gig in their category, becoming best selling gigs on the whole marketplace quickly and stood that way for many many years. As my service was pretty unique in focusing more on the quality part, when others were focusing on the quantities. I'm constantly being praised by buyers on how they enjoy my services and especially my communication skills, making lots of returning buyers. Fiverr also looked totally different back in the day! More simple, yet still powerful. I climbed to level 2 fast, but never have I been promoted to TRS, despite having excellent stats and getting 12,000+ positive reviews in my Fiverr journey so far, and not nearly every buyer bothers to even review despite returning again and again (Makes sense, as all I deliver is number graphs and not art for example). So there has been lots of sales! Naturally there were bumps in performance like for everyone. Sometimes impressions drop like crazy, but return back to normal. (Sometimes after a support ticket only) Except about 2 years ago or so, I noticed that impressions never returned to normal after dropping down, and I could notice that my gig was on the last page of search. Promoted gigs success! It lasted for some months, until my gig was eligible for the "Promoted gigs" feature. As soon as I enabled it, my gig jumped instantly to 1st page where it has been 8 years, and impressions returned to normal again, but the promoted gigs itself was saying only a small bit of the impressions were because of it. After a couple of weeks the gig was no longer eligible for it, and impresions dropped by about 98% again and I could again find my gig on the last page. After a couple of months, it was again eligible for the promoted gigs feature, and same happened again, but only for 1 week this time. Then again after perhaps 3 months, it was again eligible for it for about a week, returning impressions to normal again for that time. Since then my gigs have no longer been eligible for that feature, so has been about a year now or so. Since then also after I've contacted support about the issue, they no longer have been able to fix it, and only say that it's normal for impresions to drop like that, and not permanent. But as it has been a couple of years if ignoring promoted gigs, it does feel pretty permanent to me. Current situation All impressions still down, and gigs on last pages. Pretty much all sales I get these days are only from my own efforts, so I'm questioning why am I providing my services on Fiverr when all I get is a 20% seller fee on sales and tips and not much in return, other than to showcase my gig's long lasting quality. There are other alternatives that are more profitable, that I'm seriously starting to consider. I just have extremely high respect (Some of my old buyers are due to Fiverr showing my gig to them years ago) and hopes for Fiverr, as it has proven to been great before. But even my patience has a limit. I've also maintained perfect seller statistics for a long time, so it is a mystery. Feel free to ask if you have any questions as a newer seller! I see lots of misinformation being spread on this forum being by people who think they know something, when they don't. But I'm fairly confident I know pretty much everything there is to know about Fiverr (That is not a secret, like algorithms) and I'm happy to share my knowledge! ☺️ I also attached a stats graph of impression drops! It's not from this year though, but gives an idea how much the impressions can drop. I'm not attaching this year's impression graph, as its a static line for this year, 400-800 impressions per month, much like in the old graph shows, just without not the jump back to normal impressions.
  10. That seems to be normal, and not something you can help with. Gig impressions have been down 95-98% for me too for about 2-3 years now. Sharing your gig on social media has no effect on anything, unless your follower base is semi-big and interested, but not aware of your services. There's really no fix for it that I know of. I have tried everything I can think of, and nothing has helped.
  11. I've pretty much always had 1 hour response time on average. But haven't seen a badge for that yet!
  12. Grats! I haven't been eligible for that for like 8 months now for an unknown reason.
  13. Send Fiverr proof of the wrong charge. If they insist it's not correct, ask your bank to be in contact with Fiverr's payment provider.
  14. I agree that hampering Russians from freelancing online will benefit the Russian government more, when Fiverr and other online marketplaces ban Russian sellers. They will have to start looking for an offline job instead. I imagine they are paying soldiers extra as well currently, so many could join the military even instead of being jobless.
  15. A good looking gig does not ensure that it's eligible for promotion, nor the amount of revenue it makes. There's entirely other things affecting that. So no point trying to improve a gig and hope it can be promoted afterwards.
  16. I often get orders from buyers who are clearly re-selling the service to someone else. But that's all good, as the order may not have happened otherwise and there's no harm in it.
  17. Ensure your gigs look better than everyone else's in your category. Title, description, image and video in particular. It requires time and research, as the title in particular has to be efficient on gaining impressions. If you're not an artist, consider hiring someone to make you a great gig image and video. Then you also have to make sure your offer is better than everyone else's, so people choose your gig over someone else's. When you have returning buyers, then you can start to adjust your gig if you'd like it to be more profitable.
  18. After editing a gig, it often drops to last pages. But normally it's only temporary, and the gig jumps back to it's original placement within 2 days (Usually instant) from my experience. But mine has been on the last page since editing it for about 2 years now. Next day when I edited my other gig, the same happened to it too. And the third gig. According to support it's normal and not permanent. But I've given up on gig ranks after 2 years, as it's pretty permanent to me haha. So my advice is to not edit a gig, ever, unless it's already sunken to the depths of search results.
  19. You should try searching the exact title of the gig, see if you can then find the gigs. Another way to check is when making a support ticket, you can choose "My gig is not appearing in search", and the system automatically checks the status of the gig you select. If you can find your gig or that says it's live and listed, then you are most likely just suffering from the same thing as I am, and your gigs are way back in the search results, where not even you can find them, unless you're ready to spend time going through every page.
  20. I got my first order what.. 10 years ago? I believe it was a $5 order, and I was so happy. I got it almost instantly too when I created the gig. But back then you were guaranteed first page unless you were underperforming, as gigs were sorted by their popularity (Amount of sales mainly) and there wasn't a lot of competition, so first page was easy and orders kept coming.
  21. Your guess is as good as mine. There's lots of speculation and guessing on what else they require. I've went a year with a constant perfect 5.0 average reviews and every other score 100%, low response rates and no late deliveries. Yet I've not seen TRS badge. In my category there was 1 TRS seller and 7000 ish active gigs last I checked, so I believe your gig's category can also affect the chances of becoming TRS.
  22. This is so sad to hear. You or any other seller who is not involved in decisions involved in declaring wars should not be affected by it. On the contrary, Russian citizens should be encouraged to join Fiverr, as their life is probably nightmarish with all the sanctions affecting them. Have at least something fun to do and earn some money as well. All Russians I know personally are all against the war, yet are suffering the sanctions. It's also quite odd, as it says permanently, yet their intentions are to revoke the ban after everyone starts lifting sanctions. I wish you good luck! There was some petition going on also on the forum to allow Russians to continue working on Fiverr.
  23. There's so much bad advice given here, I can't even believe it. Why give advice if you're not sure if it's valid? Would be so helpful if there was a moderator here who deleted posts that give misinformation to legitimate questions. Make every post have only helpful answers. Or just automatically hide posts that get lots of downvotes. For example, being online 24/7 will not make you get your order faster. And I have seen multiple people who have mentioned sending lots of buyer requests and getting into trouble for it, but no one can really verify if that was the reason, or if they were contacting people via inbox instead. Still, I'd avoid sending too many requests per day. But you might have the same issue as many others, including me, where your gig is placed too far in the search results. Nothing you do in that case increase your impressions if all the keyword work is done already. But keeping hope up and maintaining excellent seller performance is never a bad idea.
