Discounts to customers

I tried searching for a previously made thread but couldn’t find anything to what I’m thinking. So, I offer animations for discord servers( its kind of like slack). Now I offer more then one type of animation. So I had this in mind. If someone orders from my best selling gig, and in the delivery message I say something like, “people who have ordered from me will only have to pay half the price for this other service that I offer”. Like that I can drive traffic to my other gigs, the question is, is it allowed?
