Too much delay from customer support

now we’re getting CS reply based on seller level.

It was always like that.

Getting priority help is one of the perks on each level.

So when i have joined one year ago, that time i had no order or level but i got reply in one day for my submitted request. Now i’m seeing we’re not getting quick reply after Covid19 Pandemic …

Although i’m not sure what’s the system for CS Support, just curious to know…

Yes i agree after the pandemic , we’re not getting reply faster may be due to they cut off staff or employees working remotely
