Then it’s definitely a ground for them to ban your account. It’s written in fiverr TOS that academic work is strictly forbidden on fiverr and you signed that document and agreed that you read and understood it.

After 90 days clearance you can contact fiverr support to request your withdrawal for orders that weren’t refunded

Just had my first gig denied die to 'unoriginal work'. However it's a portrait of my own husband! BUT I did deactivate then reactivate account because I hadn't set up my username properly the first time. Is this what caused it? I've sent an appeal so waiting for that but it's bugging me cos the first time the gig was published without issue and now I'm wishing I hadn't cared so much about my name.

95% sure that that’s what caused it. 
send your source files to CS and they will be able to fix it. However keep in mind that this problem might keep popping up every time you edit your gig etc. (or might not)

Why my gig was removed...... I offer a interior bed room realistic rendering images that is designed by me.... but fiverr removed it..... why? please help me out

The same thing happened to me. I just hope it won't mess up my whole profile. One thing I've learned is to start reading their terms, conditions, and policies carefully whenever I create a gig. It was really frustrating because I thought they should have sent us an email, giving us at least a week or a few days to make changes to our gigs since they accepted it in the first place.
