How to Remove Payoneer Account (Funding Source)

I was live chat with Payoneer helpline- and they person says

• After reviewing your request, I can see that your funding source is Fiverr. To complete this request, please contact Fiverr support as all requests to release funding sources need to be submitted by them directly. "

Now how to remove this source and how to contact with fiverr.
Recently i was sending mail, but fiverr didn’t reply me

You need to contact Payoneer Customer Support and ask them to remove your Payoneer account as the Funding Source.
