If the buyer contact support to change the review, there is a high chance of getting a warning without any judgment. So, prevent buyer to do so. 10 bad reviews is better than 1 warning.

if buyer want to change the review by his own Yes he have to contact customer support and discuss the issue CS will change the review or give him chance to change the review.
