Why didn't the next milestone start?

Hello! I'm a social media manager! On one of my orders, I delivered the first milestone, and the buyer approved but now it says the whole order is complete, and milestones 2 and 3 say not started and there's nowhere for me to click start or deliver. I was only paid for the first milestone. Has anyone else had this issue? I've basically finished the whole project and am now afraid I'm not going to get paid.

My milestones always start automatically when the previous one is accepted. This sounds very strange, and I'd contact customer service about it.

You should get paid for the first milestone if it's marked as complete, at least.
