My fiverr account hacked . Please help

My account was hacked yesterday. My username was FRAGGLESROCK .but my gigs are still available.but I can’t log into my account any more with FRAGGLESROCK username and password. My email also was removed from the system. When I request a new password, it says my email is not in the system.

I also got an email notifying that money was withrew to my paypal.but I never added my paypal to fiverr account.the hacker got my money too.

But now I only need my account back.i contacted fiverr support. But they request a passport copy related with the paypal account that money was withdrawn. That is impossible

How can I het my account back???
