Just to post something positive about customer support 😉

I had an order for a drawing, a basic $5 gig, which meant a black line drawing on white.

I did the drawing and delivered. The buyer said ‘great’, then asked for various colours to be added so I politely pointed out that it cost $5 extra and $5 for shading, as mentioned in the description, and gave him the option of cancelling. The buyer then immediately left some stupid, petulant negative feedback. It made me smile actually, as every single other order has hugely positive feedback, so who would believe this guy? But anyway, I looked at my 99% good feedback and decided I wouldn’t let this guy ruin my 100% record. I went to CS with the whole story and they removed it! So thanks guys!
