Forced refunds for downtime?

I got access to the site about an hour ago. finished up my gigs, and delivered. Two of them were late, and with one of them a client had emailed me about earlier in the day (which I didn’t get until the site was up) asking for a 5pm EST delivery. Two of these clients received their orders after they needed them and I’m wondering if I will lose the sale of my gigs if they request a refund? Anyone else in the same boat? Help! 🙂
