Delivered product has watermark?

Hi Team

I have recently purchased a service for a logo, once the order was completed I was delivered the product. It has a fiverr watermark on it and we can’t get it off.

I’m using the delivered product too, and we’ve tried all manners of things to get it to work. The file looks fine when you open it but once I upload it to my website it has the fiverr watermark on it.

Any suggestions? This is painful as the support mechanisms in place for Fiverr are virutally non existant.

the watermarks goes away once you accept the order , it’s a great security feature

We worked it out, my shopify had bugged. I deleted all pictures and started again with just 1 file and it worked.
