Hi…my account is currently no level…next level requrement is earn up to 400$…but l was in level 1 upto last month…can i fix it…my total earning is 500+ $ from 2016…

Seems like you have very little understanding of how levels work.

If you used to be lvl 1 and now you are not, that means you failed to maintain one (or more) of your three key metrics.

Response rate, on time delivery and order completion.

You can get back to lvl1 when your key metrics are all green again.
