Buyers Feedback & Rating change

Hello friends,
I have quick question, unable to reply Buyer.
I have completed order and delivered.
Buyers has given feedback with rating 4, its by mistake. Now he want to change it.
Just happened few minutes back, is this possible to change it ?

Hello Dear All Forum Friends!

I do not receive e-mail messages

on the Fiverr forum. Last messages were received from September 14^th

2019. Fiverr forum messages are not received by email to dated 14^th

September 2019 to till date. Can someone please tell me what is wrong with the

messages from the Fiverr Forum not coming to my email or that I have a problem

with any settings that I may have been unaware of? Can help me or tell me why.

Please help me in this regard.
