How to get jobs from Fiverr

I am new to Fiverr. I have created my account. Now I want to apply for jobs. Is this platform not same as other freelancing sites?

No, it’s not the same. The main thing about Fiverr is that you create gigs and buyers come to you and buy them.

There’s Buyer Request section where sellers can apply for jobs, but new sellers are shown smaller number of requests (if any). It was never meant to be the main feature of Fiverr.

Fiverr is quite different from other freelance websites. On fiverr you start with creating gig related to your skills.

I am wondering if we can name other freelancing websites on forum. It can be seen as a promotion of other freelance websites. I think you should remove their names and just keep “freelancing websites”.
