No Order After Evolution period of 15th of a month!

DO any one have idea in which time of the month you are getting most of your orders?
i am not sure, but from this few time i am using fiverr, i have noticed one thing that most of the order of a single month come in a certain period of time, either it is last week of month or first week of a month. and other time i have no order even no knock also. do you guys have faced this one? any one know about it?
