I scanned the passport for the first time and sent but it was rejected. Later, i snapped it with my smart phone but it was later rejected again, please am confused. I tried to reach out to their CS but they will always use auto message to reply me which was not giving solution to my problem. They did ponder your scanned passport images are doing by electronic machine. Please, capture to held you passport by phone and upload it what they need from you.
