Once your ID is verified by Fiverr, I don’t think you will be asked to verify it again. So, I don’t really understand your question.

Hello,
Please am having this type of problem on my payoneer account. They told me to verify my account and i chose to use my passport. I scanned the passport for the first time and sent but it was rejected. Later, i snapped it with my smart phone but it was later rejected again, please am confused. I tried to reach out to their CS but they will always use auto message to reply me which was not giving solution to my problem. Please can anyone tutor me on how to use passport to verify payoneer account, thanks

Don’t scan there your passport because they need it original. They did ponder your scanned passport images are doing by electronic machine. Please, capture to held you passport by phone and upload it what they need from you.

Thanks sir, but i have snapped with my smart phone and i kept on getting the same rejection, am confused now

Just capture it by phone held at hand. Otherwise you can contact with an agent by live chat.

i tried to contact them through live chat but its not opening as usual

You have to wait for an agent until they do not respond.

Now, the one i uploaded few minutes ago shows in my account as APPROVED just now but the money i sent from Fiverr to payoneer appears pending in my payoneer account, saying under reveiew
