order completion % = (total number of orders - number of orders canceled)/total number of orders*100

Edited ⬇️
So if you received a total of 10 orders (completed+canceled) and canceled 1 order,

order completion % = (10-1)/10*100 = 90%

If your order completion rate drops, chances are that your gig performance in Fiverr search (your gig’s ranking) will be impacted. This will make it harder for your prospective customers to find your gigs.

Or I’d calc it as:

Order completion percentage=(100/(orders completed+orders cancelled))*orders completed

So for 9 completed orders and 1 cancelled order,
100/(9+1)*9=90 (%)

Order completion % on the dashboard or analytics screen is only for orders completed/cancelled within the last 60 days.

i canceled 1 order and order complete rate decreases to 75 from 100

So, you had completed 3 orders and canceled 1 order. (total number of orders: 4)

order completion % = (total number of orders - number of orders canceled)/total number of orders*100

order completion % = (4-3)/4*100 = 75%

After that, you said you completed 3 more orders. So, you now have 6 orders completed and 1 order canceled. (total number of orders=7)

order completion % = (7-1)/7*100 = 85.7% = 86%

So, you should have an order completion rate of 86% now, which is exactly what you’ve mentioned in your post ⬇️

the order rate is increase to 86%

It’s just simple math. 😉
