My response rate is fixed at 88% even if I reply within an hour

Hello,

My response rate has sort of plateaued at 88%. I recently responded to 2 clients within an hour-- one in 40 minutes while the other in 20-- an nothing changed.

It used to be 91% but dropped to 88% and wont change.

Can someone please help me understand this?

Same problem brother!!! I will reply within a few minutes. But still 89!!!
