I think you should download and first unzip it … And if you system firewall is turned on then it will delete that file if that contains any virus.

I wouldn’t have even download it. Especially file with a password.
I usually reply something like unfortunately I can open your file can you please send me a jpg file for it. That’s it. If it’s legitimate buyer they will try to upload jpg file if not they will either disappear or keep insisting for you to open that file.
