Contacting buyer over a conference call

I have a buyer that needs to contact me over screen cast conference to discuss his next project with me. In this scenario are we allowed to do that? Still orders/payments will be processed through Fiverr platform. i dont want to compromise my clean record here at Fiverr.

To be safe it is best to contact CS to get permission to communicate with your buyer in any way otherr than through the message system. 😉

I have heard on this forum of sellers getting banned for having contact with their buyers through, email, and any form of verbal communication. 😮

In addition to contacting Support first, even if they say yes you have to have an active order before you use any contact method like that.
