An old order has been canceled, and now my balance is negative

I had a similar situation, only mine had been work done in mid-October and the client issued a chargeback in mid-November.

I was told that Fiverr’s financial team will work to recover the funds. Mine were apparently recovered, and my balance went back to zero from the negative it was at. Unfortunately, because the system considers the gig cancelled in this situation, even though it may have nothing to do with the seller, it will still impact your order completion and rating stats, and Fiverr won’t remove that from your record.

This experience (along with some other Fiverr problems) has me rethinking whether this is a platform that really works for my business.
