Buyer give me Bad review

Hello Friends,
A customer bought a service one week ago. I completed his work, at last, he gave me a 1 star worst feedback in my entire life although all my feedbacks are 100% positive. I want to remove it. How can I do. Please help me

You can’t remove it I’m afraid.

If you truly believe it was unjustified or malicious, you can always try asking Customer Service. But the general opinion is that they won’t remove it.

This is going to happen from time to time. Chalk it up to experience and move on, there really isn’t much more you can do here I’m afraid.

It happened about a month ago.

Then it may have been before Fiverr made the ruling that they will no longer change reviews.

So in this case, if i don’t leave a review back, it will completely be gone after 10 days?

After ten days you can not leave a review, but if the buyer reviewed you it will still be there.
