How to communicate with buyer?

Hi i am new at fiverr.I have a buyer request and i need to communicate with them for order details but there is no message option.how can i communicate with the buyer after getting request from them??

In this scenario are you buying or selling? Either way, you’ll have to communicate through Fiverr’s messaging system. After you send an initial offer to a buyer (which I believe you are doing) you’ll have to wait for him/her to respond to you.

Im confused, if you got an order from buyer request you can communicate with the buyer in the order page. Is that what you mean?

what you need to do is send offer with all the details to that buyer request. and if the buyer selects you then they will contact or will order directly.
