No reasons for not approving video

Hello,

I uploaded my gig video: High definition 57 seconds with audio and exclusive on fiverr is mentioned in writing at the beginnig and the end of the video.
fiverr denied it with this below explanation through email.

• Currently your video is too short and does not provide all of the necessary details about your service. Remember, your video is a sales tool that you can use to present yourself and your service directly to your buyer. Keep your video to the point and make sure it’s not longer than one minute.

• Due to a technical issue, your video could not be processed. Please upload it again. We apologize for the inconvenience.

If you cut out 1 second more from your video then Try and not be above your video Mb which have mention during uploading.

It mentioned that size must be less than 75 MB and mine is 57.

you can cut out your video’s just 1/2 second. then again try. I hope you can approved your video on fiverr.
