Self Promotion Violation Without any reason

Hi,

Today i got message fro fiverr stating that i am doing Self Promotion by sending message. While, i haven’t send me message to user. How can this violation is done if i haven’t send any such message.

If so can Fiverr Support team let me know for which message i got that issue.
