Suggest you do not address others as bro, mate, buddy etc. as lots of people don’t like it and it will put many buyers off.

Just say thank you, hello, hi, or whatever and nothing else. There is no need to use any “familiar” term.

please don’t use Sir… or dear for new client

stay professional and use Hi, Hello {username}

Also, if you have old client like repeated buyers then you can address as mate or friend…

please anything Dear stay out of it 👌
