Can anyone weigh in on this question about video in a gig?

Hi there, I have uploaded a video for a particular gig and had set the thumbnail and saved it. Why isn’t it showing up in results or on my profile? Instead of thumbnail that I want it’s the very beginning of the video. Video is approved and I saved everything correctly, does it take a couple days to sync up?

From what I can remember it can take about 6 hours or more for the frame you’ve saved to show up as your gig thumbnail.

I see this thread is 8 hours old now, did the thumbnail show up?

It never did so I removed it 😦
