Buyer request relative problem

I’m new to Fiverr my star rating is 4.4.
I also get Daily 20, 30 buyer’s request. But I can not send the proposal.
I am not getting my 10-day offer.
I am troubled with this problem for 10 days
From 10 days I have seen that “today the proposal was abandoned”
please help me any
