Can single buyer account have 2 users?

I want to have an assistant to follow up on the ongoing works.

The assistant account with different login and name, just follow up on the works but cannot buy any gig.

There used to be a way to create a buyer team. I think that was scratched and Fiverr made something new, but I’m not actually sure if it is up and running. I would suggest looking through www.fiverr.com/support in the buyer articles and see if you can spot anything about team accounts.
