exitmedia
No the order won’t be added to the late orders. The analytics update every time the order is completed. When the buyer accepts the extension request it doesn’t counts as late.
cyaxrex
If a buyer accepts a request to extend delivery time on an order after it has been marked as late, that mark will remain on your analytics. Orders are only not marked as late when buyers accept a request for an extension prior to orders timing out.

It would be true if the order was extended BEFORE it went late originally. If a buyer accepts a request to extend delivery time on an order after it has been marked as late, that mark will remain on your analytics. You have to extend it before it runs late or it doesn’t mean much.
