Can I remove pictures from my portfolio that is displaying in my gig gallery?

Hi, can I remove pictures from my portfolio that is displaying in my gig gallery?
I would like to leave the portfolio buy just remove a specific picture.

no you can’t, you can’t remove your live portfolio purchased by buyers.

if it is the first 3 pictures you are referring to yes you can change them whenever you want … but regarding the images on the live portfolio no you cant remove a specific picture yourself… however a buyer can contact the customer support to get an item they purchased removed from the live portfolio of a seller if…

1. they are new to the platform and were unaware of this live portfolio system and they do not want it to show there…
2. if there is some copyright infringement in the delivered item… in this case they can get the order cancelled and the image will be removed from your portfolio (however you may get a TOS violation warning as well)!!
   Moreover for future if you want a buyer to not remove a portfolio sample you ca ask them nicely however it
   can be tricky sometimes

I would also like to remove the additional pics that keep being added to my gig portfolio. In my case it’s automatically adding the access details for completed gigs o create fir the buyer including email and password. This is a huge security risk as it’s showing access details and buyer info to public. I need to remove and stop this immediately!

I think you need to go in and EDIT the Gigs that are automatically showing what you are delivering and TURN OFF the Live Portfolio.

If you go to your gig page, there’s a little toggle button to turn on/off the live portfolio for that gig!

i want to remove one particular work sample form live portfolio, without turning it off, how can i do it? can someone pls tell, thank you.
