Using Buyer Requests

Hi everyone!

I am pretty new here, and have heard that using buyer requests somehow is a good idea if you are trying to sell your gig.
However, I am confused about how to use that. When I go to the buyer requests screen, this is what I see:

How am I supposed to use it?
If someone could help me out, I would really appreciate it.
