Different Positive Rating point on mobile and PC

Hi, I noticed recently that on PC i’ve a total of 4.9 TOTAL Positive Rating while on Mobile it shows Total 4.6 Positive Rating instead 4.9 Positive Rating the way it shows on PC. Is this a glitch or is it normal?
