Buyer Requests empty again

Is it normal that sometimes there are a lot of buyer requests and then other times there are NONE.

I know I have to do some buyer requests to get noticed but when ever I’m ready to do it THERES NOT ONE!

Just my luck, Eh?

But is it a bug?

Yes it is normal, happens to me all the time. Yesterday there were like 30 in my categories at the same time as today, today there have been 2 so far. Last week, there was 1 in 24 hours.
