My account was disabled ?

Sir, I had created an account “techmax24” which was disabled but I don’t know the reason as CS was not replying from last week. I think it was disabled as I sended couple of offers to sellers.
Anyways CS can’t reactivate my account so I decided to make a new one and emailed CS for permission but no reply for last 3/4 days.
May I create a new account without taking permission of CS as they were not replying.

Your particular message from Support says “the creation of a new account is not permitted due to violations of the terms of service.” So, that sounds like it means you are not allowed to create accounts here anymore, certainly not without permission. Your forum accounts also cannot be used unless you clear this up with Support.
