how can i do that? i have 400$ and i can’t find a single decent service provider, how can i speak to a live agent directly? i tried customer support i can’t get through please help me

If you’re sure that you don’t want to buy on Fiverr again, the only way to get your funds back is to submit a ticket to Customer Support and ask them to return your money to your payment provider.

If you go to:

https://fiverr.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new

then choose ‘account support’ and then ‘return shopping balance’ you won’t need to file a dispute! ☀️
