Already I complete a task and I got good review and 5 Star Feedback . But After few days My client want refund here money and contact fiverr help center . Fiverr already refund her money . But I am totally very unsatisfied this experience . What was my fault . I don,t know .

None of us are going to know either. Contact Customer Support and ask them. Only they can help you in this matter. We, here on the forums, are NOT Customer Support.
