GIGS are not in searches

I just don’t know why my gigs are not in searches. In spite of that, I have much low cancellation in past months approximately 2-3 mutual cancellation in June or July I guess. No cancellation before this. However, still, impressions are not getting up.
Delivery on time
Communication is good
Have done some useful changes but still not appearing in searches.
What should I do? Should I contact to customer support?

You should improve your gigs with images and videos and new tags keywords and finally promote your gigs on social media.
