HELP ME - Buyer Not Responsible

i have a buyer that bought from me a tool and after he received the tool that he confirm that works good he decide that he don’t want this tool and he want a refund!

the problem is that the tool was installed by him and i can’t get it back from him…

so i am trying to confirm order but the buyer always cancel it for 25 times already!!!

what can i do?

this buyer is a scammer and he have a tool that work good but he want a refund…

please assist?

Hey there. Contact customer support. I had a few buyers doing exactly that. If you notify customer support they’ll tell you exactly what to do. Be patient and keep rejecting his cancellation requests.
