What is the Purpose of "Add to cart" option in the Fiverr Menu?

I am using Fiverr Since more than 9 Months Now, but i still don’t know what that “Add to cart” Option actually do? There is No “Add to Cart” Option when we buy any service on Fiverr then why Fiverr shows it in the menu?
