Editing Gig Page Layout

Is there potential for creating the ability to lightly edit the layout of the gig page? You know how some create your own website pages are where you drag and drop elements? Was thinking of something similar here but a limited version where certain elements can be placed above or below a certain area.

Like right now, I would really love to move the gig description section so that it appears BEFORE the packages section. Not everyone scrolls past a certain point, and right now the first thing that is seen is the packages (if enabled) instead of the description.
