What Can I do when a Seller decides at the last minute not to complete

  I Ordered some Excel work to be completed, the Seller accepted the project which I need for my Monday Morning meeting very important! She just left a message a few minutes ago after my ordering it early last Friday. Any suggestions??

All you can do really is to accept the mutual cancellation request, and find another seller, where you can use the credit you’ll get back from your (soon to be) cancelled purchase.
