Video denied a couple of times

Hello everyone

I am having issues relating getting my sample video approved for one of my gig.

The first version had a random logo in the video which was denied then I did another version using fiverr logo but it also denied. It would be a lot simpler to sort out the issue if FIverr could also drop us an email letting us know the exact issue why the video was denied.

What if the video is bit longer than 60 secs, mine is almost 94 sec, any ideas I can sort this out?
