what to do if you did your work perfectly but still the buyer gives you negative review?

The buyer is entitled to rate your work as they see fit. If they feel that the work you delivered is of a low quality (regardless of what you think of it), they are entitled to leave a review that reflects their experience with you, and the work you delivered.
