You're missing the whole point @senaytopay. Nobody is being malicious or would ever want another seller to lose their account.
Rules are rules and as ironic as it may sound, our intentions don't matter here. Your account is FAR MORE PRECIOUS than convenience of a buyer.
Irrespective of WHY you broke a rule - support will not help you and its not in their control either. They are just following their SOPs.

If you find a lot of products which don't have labels and packaging - that means demand is diminishing.
Client 1: Cancellation definitely hurt the profile, even if it was partial (just a milestone).
Client 2: He might have left you 'negative private feedback' after receiving your public rating. This might affect your profile for 3 to 6 months.
