No. You cannot change it once you have set it and created an account. It's permanent. But you can change your Display Name. Also, you cannot create a second account as it's a violation of TOS.

Main reason is the following review which you have received 3 months ago: That buyer might have given you not a good private review that has affected your impressions and clicks + your gigs might have been pushed back in the search results. It will take some time i.e. 3 - 6 months to get recovered from those reviews. Also, Fiverr Support has nothing to do with it. It's all about your gigs performance. I can see that you are getting orders these days so just focus on delivering quality services. Hopefully, things will be back to track soon in 3- 6 months.

Hello too. If other seller is really on Fiverr then sure, you can do it. I usually send the screenshot of the seller's profile (that includes the username, display name and profile picture with their details) so that it's easier for buyer to find the right seller.

If your buyer's company name is not appearing on the list, then it means they are not on Fiverr's database/system. You cannot do anything then.

We all get online / active whenever we have something to do on Fiverr like delivering order, responding to buyer's messages, gigs updates etc. So we cannot stay active 24/7 like you and other newbies who have thoughts like "staying online all the time has anything to do with orders, impressions or clicks". Question for you: Why are you using a fake picture as a profile photo on main Fiverr profile? Avoid it else you'll be in trouble.

Because of one 1* (1 week ago) and one 4.3* (3 months ago) reviews, your gigs have been pushed back in the search results. Among those 2 buyers, 1 buyer was very unsatisfied with your services so he might have left you a negative private review. Your BSR and Performance scores have also been dropped. This is why your impressions and clicks are not increasing. It will take 3-6 months to get recovered from the effect of those reviews. So try to improve your services and deliver quality work.

I can understand about the privacy but you can use the side poses or crop your face from the original picture like me.. But it is recommended to not use the copyrighted images.. better to use your picture or your own designed picture.. I had the same issue but came up with this solution only for myself.

Staying online has nothing to do with the impressions or clicks. And do not use any auto-refresh extension else your account will be disabled. Your impressions are not increasing because of poor gig galleries and you have chosen a highly competitive niche on Fiverr so other sellers are performing better than you.

Fiverr must have sent you an email regarding status on your account. Check that email. What does it say?
